(5-Stars for Emily and our Driver) Had dealt with miscommunication about a bulky item pick up, but Emily stepped up and helped resolve our situation! Even the driver who came was understanding of the situation and expressed that he would’ve helped us out if it weren’t for the incorrect scheduling. Giving 2-Stars for the rudeness my parents and I encountered from other individuals when we tried to confirm information on the pick up.

Great customer service! I wish they had a way to schedule the bulk item pickup online. But, in the absence of that, they seem to have a great customer service team. Emily N was super helpful in scheduling the bulky item pickup for me!

I just got off a call with Emily and had such a great experience that I asked HER where I can best leave her a positive review. Like most people, I don't enjoy making customer service calls. However, Emily helped me with my request, checked in repeatedly when I was on hold to make sure I knew she was working on it, answered additional questions our family had, and did it all with a professional and kind attitude. Customer service calls typically aren't enjoyable, but Emily made the process smooth and painless. Thank you!
