Write a ReviewThey have the most rude customer service at the office. The drivers are lovely. The person who answers the phone has consistently been difficult over the years. Always comes from a defensive and aggressive place. Hung up on me! If a different business (that doesn't have a monopoly) treated customers that immaturely, they would be out of business. I just wish the office staff were half as nice as the drivers.
Hands down the most problematic and expensive garbage service I have ever dealt with. Weird rules around mixed recycling, and only take the paper vs cans on alternating weeks! They leave ALL the garbage in the bin if the lid was propped open by 1 inch by a trash bag. Glad to have left their forced monopoly.
Not always perfect, but these guys do a very tough job with a sense of professionalism
