This outfit is embarrassing to interact with. Their payment systems don’t work. their ability to take information into their systems is so restrictive that the person I spoke to couldn’t complete their tasks correctly. It took three tries and over 90 minutes of my time to get a debris box delivered.

They are ok. Sometimes off schedule with bin pickup, and often no show for street sweeping. I stopped moving my cars for them to access the street because they just spread the dirt around instead of getting it off the road. Dirt alleys, along with the poor street sweeping contributes to dust pollution and gravel in the road in my neighborhood. I gave up yard composting because of rats and just got a green waste bin, which is sometimes emptied into the same truck as garbage. Online billing and phone answering are fair. I called a couple of times to alter our service and once for our bins getting skipped. They let me know about billing changes. No way to contact or message online, no alert for expiring credit cards. Added a star for getting a call back.

Inconsistent pickup with no explanation. Its a pleasant surprise if my bin is empty on a Wednesday morning
