I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dumpster company was frustrating. I was initially given incorrect dumpster dimensions, which led me to rent a container that was too small and incur avoidable extra costs. Despite this, I continued renting multiple dumpsters and spent a substantial amount with the company throughout my project. The biggest issue came at the end of the rental. I requested a dumpster pickup, but it remained on site for about a week. During that time, additional material was added and the container was exposed to rain. The company later charged me an overage based on the final weight, even though I had already requested removal and no longer had meaningful control over those factors. They also could not provide accurate delivery windows, causing repeated delays in coordinating with my construction team. When I raised these concerns, the company acknowledged the pickup delay and offered a partial credit but refused to waive the remaining balance. I was then told that interest charges would be added if I did not pay within a few days. Their contract states that “excessive weight” will be billed beyond the included tonnage. I found this misleading because I stayed within the stated guidelines for construction debris, including wood and siding, yet every single load incurred hundreds of dollars in overage charges, charged to my credit card on file without my authorization. Based on my experience, I would consider other rental companies. I found their business practices concerning and was disappointed with the overall service.
