WM - Winton Hauling

Worst waste management service company I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately this is the only company available to our city to collect the garbage otherwise I would opt for a different one. I just wish our county Supervisors would select a different waste servicing company. They are very peculiar about the way vehicles are parked because according to their drivers they are being "safe." It doesn't make sense when they still don't pick up the trash when the vehicles are clearly far away from the trash cans.

My recycling bin wasn’t dumped yesterday because the lid was open a crack. They call this a overload?What a joke !!!Customer Service can’t do anything about it I know it’s not their fault. But I pay for this service.I’ve never had this problem.Also a few months ago my cans were taken by mistake.When they were supposed to take my neighbors cans for non-payment. When I questioned the driver he was sure it was my address.Called customer service they said he should’ve had taken them. Well I know that cause I pay my bill!! I then had to wait more than a week to get them back cause they only return and pick up cans on certain days .I am fed up with this mess!

WM is great. Never leave any mess pick up on time and promptly notify when pick up will be delayed. Everyone is have ever talked to was very pleasant and professional. Prices are fair.
