Write a ReviewVery difficult to get ahold of anyone who can actually help with issues on account. Drivers will try and fine you for any little thing. they sit in truck snap a photo and a fine shows up on your bill. They have monopoly so that drives down customer service
I so wish there was an alternative company we could use. Taking over an hour to schedule a pick up due to automated services that are inadequate and being misdirected in circles over and over before finally connecting to a person is insane. Having our local contacts removed absolutely placed this company at the bottom of the barrel as far as their commitment to customer service.
Bad website that continuously requires things such as resetting the password. I can never get in twice in a row. Plus it won’t Allow auto pay consistently. I hate dealing with this company and their website. The service is fine just not the administrative part.
