Devco Heating & Air Conditioning

My furnace was making noise and they came out a week or two ago and said it was fine. Then 2 days ago it started squealing really loud. They scheduled with my landlord to come fix it today and never showed up or called. 2 small space heaters don't cut it. My house is freezing especially in the morning. I am older and have to get up early for work. This is not ok. Very disappointing. I will not recommend them at all. Another freezing night 😩 the 4th in 2 weeks.

With my past experience with Devco, I would have given them 5 stars. That was just for maintenance. I would have to rate my experience last year a 1. My heat would only work intermittently. The tech. was out twice, charged me $126 both times. Heat is still not working. He said he couldn’t find the problem. I had no heat and he wouldn’t come out the second time while it was raining, because access to attic was outside. Also, for him to service unit, he wants me to have plywood walkway put in attic. I had to buy a plug-in heater to get by. I am 73 years old, disabled, and still have no heat!

I called Devco in Ukiah at 10am and by noon (as promised!) the owner himself, Mark, showed up to have a look at my office trailer AC unit. It was making a horrible buzzing and knocking sound. In about an hour, out in the 100 degree hot sun, he had it fixed and my office was livable again. I will publicly recommend this guy to anyone who need AC repair!
