AC&R did a wonderful job of installing our mini split system. We were extremely happy with the entire process, starting with the initial consultation, the quickness of getting a quote to us, and the scheduling of the installation. New Year’s Day we woke up to no heat! Called around on January 2nd to help get my furnace working. I was told by a competitor that it would take them 5-6 days to get the part which meant 5-6 days with no heat (with family visiting from around the globe and 8 children of my own!) Taylor at AC & R was extremely responsive to my needs. Had me send her some pictures of my furnace make & model number, she was able to find the parts at their facility. Jeshua arrives shortly after, very kind and respectful. Has the heater running in no time! I will definitely be calling this crew again if when I need some help! Thank you AC & R! The Martisius’

I looked everywhere around ukiah for a swamp cooler pulley I called these guys at 4:45 in the afternoon right before they closed and in my mind I was like there's no way they're going to call me back with 15 minutes till the end of the day sure enough the lady called me back they had the part smooth transaction. Winning..!!!!!
