Horizon Heating and Air Conditioning

Instead of answering my basic but legitimate concerns Horizon abandoned me as a customer and a colossal waste of my time: Email to Horizon Heating & Air Conditioning on 6/2/2026: Please clarify “New return duct runs 14 and 16”.  24 year old intake ducts are already 14 inch. What airflow is optimal for my house? I requested a 10 year labor warranty not 2. Who would insure? I assume single stage HVAC. I don’t recall 2 stage was offered. Why Grandaire?  How many Rheem 2 stage have you installed? Dismissive text from Horizon: “Mike we are really busy this time of year and we are a solid but smaller company. It's probably better you go with a bigger company we don't offer 10 year labor but good luck in your search. Thank you for the opportunity to look at your project.”

Was without any heat over this weekend...Miguel from Horizon Heating and Air came out and within the 20 minutes my heat was working. He pointed out what the problem was. Friendly, professional. I asked for a card for my future needs. Highly recommend!

Horizon Heating and Air Conditioning got our AC up and running fast and works great now. AC unit went out called Horizon and Greg was able to come out the next day and got it up and working. Greg, the owner, really knows his stuff. He's honest, hardworking, and doesn't mess around when it comes to customer service super responsive and easy to work with. Prior to this repair ive hired Greg for a full HVAC install too. He removed our old rooftop unit, installed a new condenser on the ground, put the furnace in the attic, and ran all new ductwork. They also tapped it into the existing system. Everything was clean, tight, and efficient. He also set up a three zone system that saves so much on MID electric bill. His great work is the reason we hired him again. Pricing was fair, communication is solid, and the team had a great attitude the whole time. Just good, honest work from people who know what they're doing. Oh yeah, reliable!
