Right Pro Cool & Heat

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. On 8/30 Our AC unit was freezing up, so we called for service and a technician named Tony came out. Once he arrived he asked the year of our unit, and once we told him, before even checking anything he said the only solution was to replace the entire unit for $9,860!! We explained that unit still worked, but he didn’t seem to listen or do any real trouble shooting. He was there maybe 15 minutes, collected his payment and left. Not satisfied, we hired another company for a second opinion. That technician actually inspected the unit and found the real issue, the blower motor needed to be replaced. A far cry from spending thousands on a new unit!! we expected at least an attempt to fix the problem, We paid for a proper diagnosis but did not receive one. Would not recommend!!

I am so so grateful for this company!!! It is always a smooth process from start to finish. The office staff, who set my appointment and kept me informed as a tech was wrapping up and en route to me was so friendly! To my tech(s) 2 in one week. Both guys were amazing! They were both extremely thorough and went above and beyond, listened, explained everything, and tech really put me in a peace to know they were here to help! this company is the best. Will always recommends. Thank you guys!!

I scheduled a maintenance appointment with them and in between the time I'd called and when they were supposed to come for maintenance, my furnace wasn't running right. I sent him a text message around 6pm stating my concerns. He called right away and offered to stop over to ease my worry and to make sure we wouldn't be without heat. He clearly stated his fee for the after-hours visit and his plan for addressing the issue, so there was no guessing what he was going to do or how much I'd be paying. He was polite, personable, well-spoken, knowledgeable and confident. I highly recommend this company
