Basra Heating & Air Conditioning

We’ve used Basra Heating and Air to take care of our heating and AC needs for over 5 years and they’ve done a bunch of work for us, including installing new AC units for the upstairs (2018), downstairs (2023), along with furnace repair and AC maintenance. We have been very happy with their professionalism, focus on quality, and fair prices and will continue to call on them for our future needs. A couple of other reviews refer to problems with them not calling back or showing up. It’s likely not because they are trying to blow you off, but they are super busy like any good contractor is. I recommend trying to book them BEFORE you have a problem if at all possible (be proactive and get your units serviced periodically). You need to realize that most contractors are slammed when it gets really hot or cold and you’re most likely just going to need to wait or will end up paying more for emergency help.

They took the money but didn't fix the whole thing. They are extremely UNRELIABLE and NON-TRUSTWORTHY. Even after my calling so many times and offered charges but they said they will come but didn't show up. One of my worst experiences and nightmares.

Do not use their service, they came to diagnose the issue with our ac, I told them I wanted to get the work done since we have a little baby. They never follow up I used to call to follow up when they are coming, left vm, text message they would answer my call give me a excuse after excuse. I got tired of following up after a week a half. Decided to hire another company to get the work done.
