When my heater wasn’t working properly a Home Warranty Co. sent a company from N. Hollywood to Lancaster to fix it. However, that company told me that there was nothing wrong with it, except it was old and needed to be replaced. The cost of replacing it would be $13,000 + !! A friend gave us the contact information for Brock Heating and Air. THANK GOODNESS!! Chris came in and fixed a “flame sensor” within 10 minutes. The heater began working as it is supposed to. Two other fixes were needed to stop a leak that I hadn’t even noticed. Total cost: $540! What a savings! Thank you to all the people at Brock Heating and Air! I will continue doing business with them!!
Brock Heating and Air came through for me at just the right moment. My furnace stopped working in the dead of winter. However, I tried to maintain my house warm with a space heater. It wasn’t sufficient and we froze in our house. I called Brock, and Kylie scheduled techs to come out the next day. They installed a high efficiency furnace in one day. The next night it was 21 degrees! I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate their timely response! I have used Brock in the past and they have always worked with a high level of integrity, skill, professionalism, and of course, friendliness. I highly recommend them!!
