Air Tight Heating and Air

Not very happy. After spending over $12,000 for purchase and install of our Bosch Ductless Single mini split air conditioner/heat pump 15 months ago, we have had to have numerous service calls to Air Tight because it was not working properly... problems in the winter for heat when it was snowing and problems in the hot summer to cool the house. Feel like we wasted a bunch of hard earned money and it's still not working, again. It's cold in the house and we really don't know if it will ever really get fixed. Yes, they are nice people, but that doesn't really fix the problem. I really don't think they know about servicing these things.

Office staff were friendly and efficient. Set up my appointment and their tech Robert Peralta arrived right on time. Actually 5 minutes early! Checked out my heating system and was quite a personable gent! Air Tight will be my go to company for any future home heating needs.

Robert and Debie are fantastic people. As are their sons. Pleasant people to deal with. Wife and I bought a 30 year old house, with a 30 year old HVAC system. Home inspector said there were serious problems with the furnace. Called Air Tight for a more detailed inspection of the HVAC system. Robert came and did an inspection and found and showed me the really bad issues with the furnace. In my mind, this was a serious safety issue. Wife and I decided to replace/upgrade the entire system. Scheduled the install for the following week. Two days later the install was complete and everything was working great. Thank you Robert, Debie and sons.
