I really love this plumbing company. I have used them before, and they have been consistently great every time. On both visits, they responded very fast and were highly professional. Right after I called to schedule, I got an email with all the appointment details. The next morning, I received a text with a photo and short bio of the plumber who was coming out, which made the whole process feel very organized and reassuring. Jay called me shortly before arriving to let me know he was on the way and gave me a clear arrival time. He was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. I am very happy with the plumbing service he provided. This visit was for routine maintenance on our tankless water heater rather than a repair, and he explained how important yearly service is to keep it running well and help avoid future plumbing problems. He also took the time to point out that our faucets may have a lifetime warranty for the original owner, which was very helpful information I had not known before. We first found Dexter & Sons Plumbing & HVAC when our water heater started leaking and we needed fast help before it turned into a bigger plumbing problem. A friend had recommended them, and the service really lived up to that recommendation. The plumber arrived quickly, removed the old water heater, installed a new one, and got everything working properly the same day. They also cleaned up the work area before leaving, which we appreciated. Later, when our kitchen faucet began leaking, we scheduled another service call. They showed up on time, replaced the faulty faucet right away, and also found a leaking pipe under the sink that needed to be changed out. Everything was handled efficiently with solid workmanship, and the repairs solved the issue completely. We were very happy with how prompt, professional, and thorough they were, and how well they cleaned up after the job. It gave us confidence that whenever we have a plumbing issue, we can call again and expect reliable service.

Todd was friendly and quick to get back to us to schedule a time for our plumbing work and for our daughter’s plumbing issue too. We needed to meet him at her place to check the outdoor faucet near the pool area. He looked over everything carefully—our issue was around a drain area, and hers involved rerouting a water line. In both jobs, the plumbing work was finished in about an hour and a half or less. Todd clearly knows his trade and handled the repairs efficiently. He also did a great job cleaning up the work area when everything was done. In our opinion, he is very honest, fair with pricing, and easy to work with. We really appreciated the prompt service, clear communication, and the quality of the plumbing repair from start to finish.
