Air Repair Heating and Air Conditioning

DO NOT USE THEM!!! They were charging me $330 for the replacement of the ac capacitor. When I got the bill breakdown, I noticed they charged me $80 for labor (which I had no issues with) and $250 for parts! I was told the charge included the "taxes" they have to pay, the "insurance" he pays for his workers, "mileage", "tire threads", oh and the "profit" they make. I went to True Value and spent less than $30 for the parts. I returned his parts and was willing to pay for the labor but instead, he decided to stay with my check (which I cancelled of course), the new and old parts! I will also be reporting them (;

Tech came out twice in the past 45 days and the problem still keeps causing my heater to turn off, I tried several times to contact the number no answer also left a voicemail. With a sick daughter and cold temperatures the tech blamed me for the issue and didnt fix anything but surely charged me the 80 for service fee. I went with someone out of town who came out was customer friendly and took care of the problem. Dont waist your time with this company.

This company went above and beyond to drive way out of their way not once but twice just for rodent issues with wires. They also took the time to teach me how to fix it in the future. Thank you Air Repair. You are awesome!
