North Breeze took the time to think through system design, airflow, and zoning behavior in a much more thoughtful way, which made a big difference in both our confidence and the final outcome. Their communication was excellent throughout — responsive, clear, and willing to engage with detailed questions as we worked through decisions. After installation, we had a specific question about how one of the zones was behaving, and they came back out and spent several hours diagnosing and tuning the system to make sure everything was working as intended. That level of follow-through really stood out. Four months later, the system is working well and we feel confident in both the install and the support behind it. They were one of the only companies we spoke with who seemed genuinely interested in getting the system right, not just getting the job.
