Isaias came to the rescue when my tenant has been without A/C for almost a week. He is knowledgable in his field and repairs were completed to get the system running again. His service was genuine and price was reasonable. Will definitely hire again!

Long story short: Isais is friendly, professional, organized, responsive, and, most importantly, honest and trustworthy. I can't recommend Ivy highly enough. Short story long: we used a local small HVAC business for all of our HVAC needs for years. That company was purchased by a larger HVAC company. We started using that larger company, but after a couple of services, I noticed that every time they came out, they pushed expensive alterations to our system. Then I started noticing that the system wasn't running as well as it used to. I looked up local small HVAC companies and found Ivy. I called, was immediately able to speak with Isais, explained my concerns, and scheduled him to come take a look the next week. He was on time and very friendly, and immediately started taking a look at the system. He took photos showing that the prior company didn't bother to install the filter correctly, didn't rinse the coils, didn't clean out the unit, etc. He took care of all of that and said that the latest expensive recommendation from the other company was not necessary. He also made it easy to schedule recurring twice-a-year services. It's hard to find professionals to trust, especially in the HVAC world, but I completely trust Isais and I'm so happy I found him. Again, can't recommend him or his company strongly enough.

Isais and his partner did a great job yesterday. My blower motor stopped working and they discovered that it was bad. It was 101 yesterday and when I called them they were actually finishing up another job. Two hours later they were here! NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!! Very friendly guys who really care about their customers. Do yourself a huge favor....HIRE THERE GUYS!!!
