They provided 3 quotes timely by email and regular mail for each of the options so I could move forward quickly to make a decision and complete the project before upcoming rains and with minimal time off work. The owner was willing to contact my roofer to coordinate the necessary HVAC removal and re-roof for same week. Roseville Sheet Metal team (Eric, Noah, Brian and Trevor) were careful to minimize the amount of roof material removed to access the HVAC, and they covered up the open work area well to prevent rain and animals from getting in while I waited for the roofer to be available. Larry and his team saved me much time and stress by leveraging their professional contacts to line up subcontractors (crane operator and salvage company) who were also highly efficient, timely and professional. To my relief, everyone kept to their promised timelines, scope of work and price quotes. The removal was completed in a few short hours and billing process was easy.
