Dan was very prompt, professional and beyond thorough. He diagnosed and fixed the issue with our furnace within a few hours; way faster than we expected. He triple checked everything before he left and we are now enjoying a nice warm home again! We can’t recommend him enough.

I utilized Pro-Tech Mechanical through Old Republic warranty. Out of all the vendors I’ve used Dan at Pro-Tech Mechanical was the absolute fastest to respond. He called me back within 10 minutes of my request and was actually at my house within about 15 minutes of our conversation. I had a NEST thermostat that continued to lose Wi-Fi and battery voltage. Dan quickly identified the issue and made a recommendation to switch to the Honeywell thermostat series. I can say that the system cycles more frequently and holds the house temperature much more precise than the Nest ever did. I was happy to get rid of the nest technology for my personal application. In fact he is returning to replace my other Nest with the same Honeywell. Thank you Dan!

Dan is great! He got my service request from my warranty and was here by with in the half hour. Gave me tips on my vents and checked my heating system for me. I just needed to make sure the system was running for the cold days. But Thank you Dan for coming so quickly!
