Absolutely the best HVAC company I've ever dealt with. I purchased a new complete air conditioning and heater for my home that the original installer bailed on me. The unit outside kept failing. Almost daily I would have to go out and reset the breaker. Since it was a newer model, it hadn't been known yet that it was an issue for that particular condenser. I had two other companies out that were unable to diagnose the issue. I ultimately called Barnett Heating and Air and spoke to Erin, who was very friendly and professional. Anyway after several trips and back and forth, they were able to figure out a solution and fix it. All the while Rob and Erin kept me in the loop ultimately able to fix it under warranty. They're just a great company to deal with start to finish.

I wanted to share my experience with Barnett Heating and Air. Last year our entire system broke down. We needed to replace. Additionally, I had them install a Google Nest Thermostat, which has been a great upgrade.
