Michael’s Certified Air put in our mini-splits a couple yeara ago and they did a marvelous job. They were professional, knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Since then we’ve had them come out to do preventative maintenance and cleaning of the units every year, and they continue to be all of the above. I highly recommend them

Our Evap Cooler decided to leave the chat so we contacted Michael's for an estimate. They came out when they said they would and did an actual checkup on our situation and gathered the information they needed. They provided an estimate within an hour of leaving which was reasonable considering the work required. Tina called and scheduled the work for the next morning at 7:30am. The crew showed up in clearly marked vehicles, and wearing clean uniforms and acted very professional and skillful. They removed the broken equipment and replaced it in the time they estimated and when they left they had cleaned up after themselves and provided the owner's manual. I have nothing but praise for these guys and this company. I had a second estimate for over $2000 more than what I paid. I am very satisfied and will definitely recommend Michael's to anyone that is needing their services. Thanks guys we really appreciate what you did for us.

We recently had two mini-split systems installed in our house by Michael's and couldn't be happier. Everything was very professional from the quoting process to the installation, where the team did a particularly awesome job installing the multi-zone system to minimize lineset footprint. But what really set Michael's apart was the incredible and honorable customer service. By no fault of anyone on Michael's team, the outdoor multi-zone compressor unit began acting faulty after a few weeks due to what turned out to be a random manufacturing defect with the circuit board. Michael worked hard to troubleshoot and figure out the issue, and instead of trying to fix components on the undependable compressor, he covered us with a brand new outdoor replacement unit. Everything is working perfectly now, and I can't really say enough about the quality of customer care that we received. This company is committed to doing right by the customer and it showed big time for us.
