Chris and his team were awesome. They were communicative, clear, punctual, and personable. They went the extra mile to explain the new system and took the time to make sure the area surrounding our new unit looked nice. No one likes forking over money for a new heating & air conditioning unit but Dairy Air made it as pleasant an experience as possible. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

As a single woman I was worried about being taken advantage of. But I was very pleasantly suprised at how great these guys were. They were professional, on time. courteous and knowledgeable. I think I got a fair price. The owner Chris sat down and talked with me explaining in detail the different systems and helped me figure out which was best for me. No mansplaining at all :). Super impressed by the company and the work they have done. Was recommended to me from a friend, now I will recommend them to everyone I know. I got a new HVAC system, water heater and soon glass replacement in all my windows.

I had a great experience with Dairy Air Heating and Air Conditioning. My AC stopped working, and they were able to come out the very next day. They were super friendly, professional, and honestly just easy to talk to. I think I ended up chatting and laughing with them more than expected for an AC repair 😂 They actually took the time to fix the issue, not just do a quick patch, and even cleaned off my unit and made sure everything was running smoothly. After dealing with my home warranty and not getting anywhere, it was such a relief to find a company that was this responsive and helpful. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. In a time where it’s hard to find trustworthy companies with great customer service, they really restored my faith a bit. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future and would 100% recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.
