Air Company

The Air Company is a small, family owned business with a mission to help people -- integrity is their most notable quality. I made a mistake, hiring a big name company. Rick was wonderful -- even though he did not have the opportunity to earn my business. I now live out of state. The building I live in is a mix of residential and commercial characteristics. I was having difficulty finding consistent advice and guidance, and so I called Rick. He returned my call the same day -- on a Sunday! Not only did he give guidance and advice, he offered to review any contracts and even call the company that I think I want to hire. His customer service is a rare, exceptional, and valuable. Rick is wonderful -- I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you, Rick!

Rick and his associates were HIGHLY knowledgeable and take a lot of pride in their work. We had issues with our heater not keeping up and had multiple other companies out, who were unable to properly address the issue. These guys came out and explained and showed us issues that nobody else had even mentioned. Awesome quality of service, would recommend to anyone
