Sam and Natalie went above and beyond to help me file my HEEHRA application just before the TechClean deadline for NorCal. Natalie proactively reminded me of the deadline, reviewed my application, and pointed out errors, showing their commitment to helping customers save money. Sam was straightforward, responsive, and open to my ideas—like installing the outdoor unit in the side yard instead of the backyard, which he got approved. The installation crew was meticulous, professional, and respectful, wearing N95 masks and protective suits when needed, and cleaning the work areas thoroughly after each day's work. Jake emphasized quality over speed, and I could see they took pride in their work. They even took care to hide electrical wiring behind the pipes, maintaining a clean and aesthetic look.
