I am not how I was referred to this company because I called the number listed on sticker placed on my heater from a previous repair. The initial lady i spoke with seemed very nice and she told me she would relay the message and someone would reach out for pricing and review of my problem with my heater. The next day a guy named Chuck from from Pro Edge called to schedule a consultation. Chuck came out took pictures of the issue and quoted me a price of $400. He indicated he would have to do research on parts. That was the week of 11/17 he never got back to me. I called him on Monday 11/24 and again he said he is researching for parts and he had a lead. Today is Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving its cold so I called again and Chuck is now quoting me a price of $1300 and he said the parts would take 1 or 2 weeks. I do take accountability for waiting for someone that basically ghosted me. Im posting this because I want to make sure that people are aware that these guys will quote you a price then up the price when they know you are in need. When he gave me the new cost for repair I thanked him for his time and did not go through with the repair.

Spent a lot of time to get to the bottom of my ac issue. Very thorough! Additional time for a secondary problem discovered. I'm very pleased with the pricing given the parts and time required. Thank you! Pleasant technician too!

They provided prompt service on the day that I called. Another part was needed and Charles worked really hard to get it and even called me on a Sunday to schedule the second service. Both technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The price was reasonable for the work. They were honest and I felt that they cared about fixing the issue as soon as they could.
