Once again, TFF HVAC has bailed me out. A plumbing company, who shall remain unnamed, forgot to reactivate the gas line to my heater. I did not know that it was the issue behind my heater not going on, and I while I suspected such, my first call was an SOS to someone I trust: Heidi of TFF HVAC. She showed empathy and assurance that Tony would take care of the problem in an expedient manner. Sure enough, and as usual, Heidi kept me informed with a status, worked around my schedule, and sent Erik out to put our system back in service. We recently had to replace our HVAC system (both heating and cooling), so I contacted several companies to get quotes. TFF HVAC was recommended by a contractor we're working with, and I am very glad he did. TFF's quote was about average compared to the other quotes we got. They were extremely professional and responsive throughout the whole process... from quote to scheduling to install to testing and permitting. The quality of their work is excellent and I am very happy with their install. Everyone was also very easy to work with, especially Heidi and Tony. I would gladly recommend them to friends and family and would definitely use their services again if needed.
