Highly recommended!!! I called not knowing what problems I would be facing with my A/C. Trinity came as soon as I called! He diagnosed it quick and said it was the capacitor on my A/C unit. The price he gave me was a very good price couldn’t pass the offer. He ordered the part yesterday and boom today he came over and replaced it! Would definitely use him again! Appreciate it Trinity!

Watson’s heating and air is a very competent HVAC tech. After having a couple other HVAC guys try to fix the HVAC leak issue I had which was leaking water into the house, and the other HVAC guys didn’t actually fixed the issue, Trinity from Watsons heating and air was able to diagnose the issue quickly and fixed my Lennox system issue and there is no more water leaking into my house. He determined that my drain pan was clogged and the drain pipe was not optimally placed, so he cleared the clogs and repositioned the drain pipe so it would drain more freely. He tuned up my ac unit and tested the drain pan with a water hose and it’s not overflowing into the house anymore and no longer leaking water into my house. Checked it for a couple days and it appears issue was resolved with his diagnosis and fix. I signed up for his biyearly maintenance plan and his prices are far more reasonable than other HVAC companies. and he definitely saved my house from further water damage. The other HVAC guy tried telling me that I likely needed a new drain pan which was going to cost 1600 dollars but turns out the issue was a simple fix and my unit is only 5 years old so everything is still almost new and didn’t need any parts replaced yet. Trinity Watson saved me a good amount of money, I am glad I went to him for a second opinion and he actually fixed the leaking issue.
