Purl’s is a great company to do business with! They are honest, professional, and timely. Every time they have come to my house to service my AC or heater, I have had a positive experience with them. When my wife and I moved into our home, we needed someone to come out and service or AC. We ended up speaking to the owner of Purl’s who was very friendly, honest and professional. Because of our positive experience over the phone with him, we decided to enter into an annual service agreement with Purl’s, and it has been one positive experience after another with them. Eddie is the technician that has come out to our house each time; and he always does an excellent job! He’s super friendly, takes his time, and is very professional. I highly recommend doing business with Purl’s!

We had to have some extensive work done this week and they did a phenomenal job from start to finish. I highly recommend their services. They sent it to highly trained technicians, Chuck & Omar. They were incredibly thorough and explained each stage of their installation.
