I called 3 service companies! Mr Miller responded quickly. I shared the symptoms of my Decreased air system. He came by between his scheduled service calls on Saturday noon! He located the root cause in minutes! While the 5 minute timer was ticking, he installed his gauge and meter set! When the unit started. He verified the refrigerant integrity and the system operation. He had identified proven in a heat exchanger, thawed the coil, inspected the unit, verified the drains and gave us instructions how to prevent recurrent issues! Awesome!

My AC unit was emitting a musty smell inside my house, although it was still cooling. I had a company come out to check my unit. They told me that the unit had leaked 2 lbs or more of refrigerant and I need to replace the unit. Thank Goodness I called Miller Heating and Air in Lincoln! Stacy came out right away and said the unit was only down 1 lb of refrigerant but everything else was working fine. He added refrigerant and a sealant and told me to run it very cold for two hours. The musty smell was gone!!! The best part was Stacey said if it went out in the near future he would apply what I paid for a new unit. What company would ever offer that? Highly recommend this company, they are not looking to sell you a new AC if they can fix it. Please, don’t hesitate to make this company your FIRST call if you need help! I was recommended to this company after I was told my compressor was seized and needed a new system. He diagnosed my system and proved the first diagnosis was incorrect. Recommended parts, wrote an estimate which was exactly what I paid. He showed up the next day to fix. Saved me thousands of dollars through knowledge and ability to properly diagnose. He also still had a few pounds of R22 for the system to be recharged. I feel lucky to have found someone willing to to fix my older system!
