Econo Air conducted a routine maintenance inspection on our air conditioning unit, and the two technicians, Ben's, demonstrated professionalism and expertise throughout the process. They addressed all my inquiries and maintained a courteous demeanor. The unit was thoroughly cleaned of debris accumulation at the bottom, and they verified that no additional work was required to ensure smooth operation during the summer months. I intend to schedule their services for our heating system maintenance before winter. I highly recommend Econo Air for any of your HVAC needs.

We had our complete AC system replaced by Econo Air through our home warranty company (AHS). Prior to installation we worked with Joyce in the office who gracefully answered all our questions and kept us updated on parts delivery. On installation day, Ben, Javier and Eduardo were our HVAC technicians. All were very professional and courteous, kept everything nice and tidy and answered all of our questions. We are pleased with the service and professionalism we received from Econo Air. They cleaned up our prior installation even! And, it appears our energy consumption has decreased while our comfort has increased. We’d happily refer them and are hoping for no major issues for 10+ years. Lastly, we look forward to welcoming them for our yearly services.
