He made the extra effort and came out the night before a holiday to ensure our house had heat. He even researched a plumber for me as well. Discovered my A/C went out on Saturday. Called around noon and they were able to schedule me for that day! First visit out, was able to see the problem was an electrical disconnect. Our unit is very old and is past the lifespan, but instead of pushing a new system, Chris was able to not only show me the problem using thermal heating, but he temporarily fixed the issue so we had some relief from the weather while he got the necessary replacement part. The temporary fix lasted about a day, as expected, and Dunbar AC was out quickly to fix it permanently. Always appreciate those who are willing to fix a problem rather than oversell you a new unit to increase commission.
