Prime Air Conditioning

Prime Air has been my go-to HVAC company for many years; they do the routine maintenance on our furnace/AC system as well as the heat pump we had to have replaced in the MIL unit of our house. I have found them to be easy to work with, fair in pricing, and clear in communications. Always on time, they do exceptional work. I am also a member of their Air Club where I pay a low monthly fee and they service our furnace/AC twice a year; furnace in the Fall and AC in the Spring (and they call me to schedule - I don’t have to try to remember to call them). It saves a pretty significant amount of money compared to what regular service would cost if I just called them up twice a year and it guarantees that I never forget or delay taking care of my system. I think it’s a really valuable service they offer. You can tell that they really care about their clients. I never feel like I am being pressured into more than I need from them and have gotten to know the team over the years. Carlos is typically my service person and he does a great job. I appreciate that he is always on time and communicates when he is on his way so I know exactly when to expect him (no crazy multiple-hour windows to wait around). After each service I get a follow-up call from Jackie to make sure everything went well and ask if I have any additional needs or questions. If I do, they are very prompt in getting answers for me. I would recommend Prime Air to anyone (especially their Air Club) because they do an excellent job and make me feel valued as a client.

Excellent honest estimate. Romelow was knowledgeable and honest. We called another AC company and they tried to inflate the repairs and lush us into buying a new unit. I am so grateful I called Prime Air Conditioning. They told us the truth and stand by their work.

I was very pleased with my experience with Prime Air Conditioning. From the moment I called they were friendly and professional. The tech was running (a little) late and they texted and called to make sure I was aware and gave me a new eta. The tech, Carlos, was great. Turned out I just needed a new filter but I asked him to take a look to see if any maintenance needed to happen and I felt like he was so honest and ended up saying everything looked fine and recommending that I wait until summer to do a maintenance call so they can properly test. He could have added service and upcharged me but didn't. I will definitely keep using Prime for any HVAC needs going forward. They are honest, fair, and have excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
