They replaced our old HVAC and also installed new AC unit. The quote was reasonable. We requested many options and quotes for those and Rick quickly responded with all the details. We worked on timing and the team was very communicative. Arrived on time as promised, worked quickly and cleaned up everything thoroughly. They quoted us 3 days but finished the job in 2 days instead. Our overall experience is great and we are very satisfied that we chose Malibu Heating and Air Conditioning company.
Central Furnace installation was done quicker than expected. The crew worked efficiently and explained the thermostat setup. The house now heats evenly.
Our 20-year old furnace died on New Years Day and needed to be replaced in a hurry. Rick and his team did an outstanding job: they came over and provided a very cost-effective estimate the day after I contacted them and installed the furnace on a Saturday, only 2 days after I received the estimate. The Malibu crew did a very professional job: they arrived on time and cleaned up the inevitable debris after they were done. The new furnace is quieter and more efficient than the previous one. Highly recommended!
