I recently had a heating system maintenance completed, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The technician arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. He was clearly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was checking and why, without overwhelming me with jargon. He was easy to talk to and very personable, making the entire appointment comfortable and straightforward. Most importantly, he was fair and honest. He did not try to upsell me on unnecessary parts or repairs, which gave me a lot of confidence in his integrity. It’s refreshing to work with someone who values transparency and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend him and Valley Air Repair for HVAC service. As for the price, the Receptionist quoted me $89.00 for the heating maintenance service and she later told Mr. Zarate that it was $129.00. She also quote me $189.00 for the annual contract, which I plan to purchase in the fall. I am just worried she is going to come up with a different price when the Technician is in my house. The company is great, I would just encourage the office to ensure consistent and transparent pricing going forward.

Mr. Joseph Zarate came to repair the condenser outside our house. He did a great job! He was able to find out the defective capacitor. He presented himself as very polite & professional. He explained what’s going on and presented solutions clearly. Thank you for your excellent service! Keep up the good work!

This team did an excellent job replacing my entire A/C ductwork. They were friendly & honest, answered all of my questions, communicated well through out the process and cleaned up after installation. (The only improvement needed is getting in touch with the scheduler.) Most of this communication was done by text. Would highly recommend.
