Mike came right out and assessed the situation and found that my blower motor had gone out . He got the part I needed so fast and installed it, did a thorough and detailed job inspecting everything to be sure it worked properly. Installed a brand new thermostat as well, and I finally have working and freezing cold AC. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate the attention to detail, dedication to customer service, and upfront and fair pricing. They have a customer for life!

I highly recommend Mike Mechanical HVAC! Our AC stopped working last Saturday morning, and it was going to be over 100ºF. Not only was he great to work with, he had a very logical approach to the job. The first guy we called took one look, saw the condensing fan wasn't working and quoted us $1400 for a new fan. Mike took a look, saw that there was no power going to the fan, ran other tests, called around for the part---$600 plus time and gas to go pick it up. We were up and running by the afternoon.
