Phone is generic answering machine that asks for a zip codes when I enter zip code it just hangs up after one ring. Tried calling twice , same result

Dave was prompt with service and pleasant to work with. When we had an unforeseen issue after the install, he did everything he could to accommodate us. The way in which David and Renee handled our issues showed me they are good people to work with.

This was the third company I had called to give me an estimate. The first one came out and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and then told me that I needed a new fan, new motor, new belt, and quoted me at over $1,600 with an $89 estimate fee. The second company never even showed up. Pelayo's came to my house within an hour of me calling. Dave was very friendly and actually took the time to see what was causing the problem and not just demand that I need all of the parts to be replaced. His quote of $500 was more than reasonable. This was two days before Thanksgiving and he didn't want me to be without heat for the holiday. He returned later that day with the replacement part and installed it in less than an hour. My house now has heat and I could not be happier with the service he provided. I would recommend this company to anyone.
