Alex's Company - HVAC

Back in December, I asked Alex to come out and get my AC ready for summer. I paid him over a thousand dollars at the time. Once summer came and my AC didn’t work, I called again to have him complete the job I paid him for. His son came out and I paid another $140 and was assured it would work. It didn’t. I called him late that night and he graciously took my call and said he would be out before noon. He never showed. I get that it was 111 degrees outside, and I was probably the 29th person in line—but if you say you’re going to show up, you need to show up. I spent a lot of money for no results.

Alex's is honest and has very reasonable prices. Repair my old central AC system in the house quickly without any upselling. Will use them again in our Fair Oaks house.
