The service that was provided was amazing. The work was warranty work that they were contracted to do for me, but when they tried to get the A/C manufacturer to honor their warranty the manufacturer was being difficult. This business went out of their way to take care of us and they managed to get the part and come out 4 days before the original appointment date. All in all, I felt great about working with this company, and the level of professionalism and efficiency was very refreshing. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.

If I could give zero stars I would have. The representative was more than 45 minutes late to the scheduled appointment window (9am to 11am). He came into the house with visibly dirty boots. He took pictures of the thermostats and filter, however, he did nothing with these items and finally he put tape to repair the loose wire on the AC unit. He told me he didn't have the right size washer and he felt confident that the tape would hold. I took a picture of his work and went outside before he left to discuss this solution and he reiterated that the tape would hold. I informed him this was not professional and needs to be fix. He said what did you want me to do? I definitely would NOT recommend this business.

I can’t say enough good things about Ragsdale Heat and Air. They installed a whole new AC unit for us, and while my house’s older configuration ended up making the install more complicated than expected, they never once made it feel like a hassle. They came back out three separate times to work through the issues, and every visit they were patient, professional, and determined to get it right. Adam is genuinely a genius when it comes to diagnosing problems — he doesn’t just patch things, he figures out why something isn’t working and comes up with real solutions, even when the house’s quirks made it tricky. On top of the technical skill, this team is just kind and trustworthy, which honestly matters just as much when you’re letting someone into your home!!! Thank you guys so much!
