I had Beaver Heating & Air in Chico come out after my air conditioning unit stopped working, and I have to say — the experience was outstanding. Andrew, my service technician, was amazing. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my 15-year-old AC system, got it up and running, and was completely honest about the fact that the compressor is nearing the end of its life. He inspected the entire system, explained my options, and helped me understand what made sense now versus what I may need to plan for in the future. One thing that really stood out was their honesty. Andrew explained that if they repair an older system like mine and it does fail, they will apply what I paid toward the purchase of a new system. That kind of confidence and customer-first approach says a lot about a company. I have owned rental properties and my own homes across Minnesota, Arizona, and now California. I’ve dealt with plenty of HVAC companies over the years. I know enough to ask the right questions, and I also know enough to recognize when someone is trying to sell me something I don’t need. I can honestly say Beaver Heating & Air is the real deal. From the first phone call on a Saturday to see if someone could come out, to the service I received from Andrew himself, this was the best HVAC experience I have had. Honest, fair pricing, friendly service, and they truly left no stone unturned to make sure I understood the condition of my system, what could be done, what should be done, and why they were recommending certain options. I was looking for a HVAC company to service my hvac unit. I had called several local companies leaving my phone number and not getting any call backs. I went on Google maps HVAC Co.near me and Beaver heating and air came up had good reviews, so I called them. My call was answered by a polite young lady and she was able to get me on there schedule for service for Friday, today. I was contacted to confirm appointment and was also texted by technician for arrival time. Andrew was there tech. Who service my system. Andrew was very thorough and gave me alot helpful information to make my system more efficient. I was happy to be able to get scheduled for service and felt that Andrew and the Beaver heating and Air company. Takes pride in there work and especially there customers. Im very happy I called them. I also like to recommend them to anyone looking for great customers services for their heating and Air needs.
