Omega Air were prompt, courteous, thorough, and efficient. Jamie explained everything upfront and kept me updated as the repair was conducted. Omega was recommended to me, and I would recommend them to anyone with air conditioning issues.

Worse company to ever work with. A few years ago when I was working directly with the owner Jamie, he was extremely helpful, responsive and got everything done in a timely manner. Since then, i don’t know if this under new management or what but the company has completely gone down hill. For the last few months ive been having an issue with a leak occurring from the vents. I called to schedule a technician to come take a look at it multiple times, everytime the receptionist Kelsey, keeps wanting to call me back, or ask the technicians or ask the owner if someone can come look at the unit. Why does it need to be asked when your company installed the AC unit in the first place??? When i called to schedule, i made it urgent cause there’s a leak inside the home. She said id have to pay the maintenance fee for someone to come out, i said fine. We have an appointment set up then she says she will call and confirm with the technicians. I never received a call, they came when i wasn’t home then never followed up. When i called again, she stated “you weren’t there” when i said i was waiting for the confirmation, she got defensive because she didn’t do her job. For over 2 months, she’s been ignoring my phone calls, emails, texts. I called 2 times and no answer, my friend called right after and she answered plus left a voicemail. I called again within the minute and she continued to forward my call. Once she discovered that I caught her ignoring me. She texted saying “sorry we haven’t been responsive”. 3 months have gone by, no technician, no call. No email. Still having this issue. So if you want a reputable company that is there for their customers do NOT go with Omega Air. They are not here to help their customers instead they discriminate against you and never follow up on your urgent requests

Most amazing experience to have Jamie come out and repair our problem with the heater and air conditioner. He’s the greatest and I recommend him.
