A&M Heating and Air Conditioning

I found A&M Heating &Air based on previous positive reviews. I had tried many other service providers to help resolve air conditioning and heating issues with a new system that was installed by builder in 2021. What has been the most amazing experience with this company is EVERYTHING! The scheduling of appointments are reasonable timelines, they show up on time, every person from owner, office staff, and technicians are personable and professional. They work to find the best solutions and options at a fair price. So far all work completed has been done well and resolved the problem. Additionally their maintenance program is fair price, stress free scheduling, and detailed maintenance checklists. This company deserves all 5 stars!

I've used A&M in the past for repairs and found them to be fast, honest and friendly on top of doing excellent work. One of the repairs they did was on my AC, which was over 20 years old at the time. While they could have told me then that my whole system needed to be replaced, they simply added a device to the AC to help it start. I had a hunch then they would be my choice for the eventual replacement of the system. The system turned 35 this year so we knew it was on borrowed time. Also being so old it was not very efficient by today's standards. I created a list of 7 contractors to get bids from and got bids from 3 of them to start. The first one was from a much larger company and they had a slick presentation, decent price but they didn't give me all the information I had asked for. The second contractor seemed to be in a hurry to the estimate done but at least gave me what I asked for. The third one was Adam from A&M. He really listened to what I said and put a lot of detail into the bid. Since the price was also the best of the 3 bids and was well within our budget the choice was easy. It was a two day job to replace everything (including the duct-work). The crews showed up on time, worked hard and were very respectful. The quality of their work is top notch. Matt went over everything with me to make sure I understood the new system. The system we have now has exceeded my expectations for comfort in the house and I'm looking forward to seeing smaller utility bills.

Went the weekend without AC with a 4 month old baby. They came out the day we called and had our whole unit replaced the next day! Very good work crew they did a amazing job!
