Campbell customer story. I saw MaxSeal ad on Facebook and thought this was worth a try. I’ve been through 5 different HVAC tech’s trying to resolve a heating/cooling issues to not much avail. In summary the previous HVAC techs were focused on the major systems for fault. I suspected leaky ducts, but all the previous tech’s assured me no issues were found. MaxSeal, Alex and his team, quickly performed a manual inspection and air flow test. There were many shortcomings in the existing duct work, as well as some broken, leaky and pinched ducts. MaxSeal fixed all these issues. Besides redoing and rerouting some damaged ducts, they installed 3 dampers to help steer air. The numbers in attachment show everything. This is measurable air flow in CFM at each floor register. The other photo shows live data collection during injection of the MaxSeal product. You can see a reduction of ~50 CFM in just a 5 min span and still dropping as the product is atomized into the duct work. Target is typically less that 50 CFM total and they got it down to 41. I found the whole process quite interesting. I still have room for further optimization, but for now we can finally get through the seasons a bit more comfortably without over stressing the equipment. I would recommend MaxSeal for anyone struggling with conditioned air flow related issues. Very professional, respectable and overall pleasant to work with.

Amazing results from the process performed by MaxSeal! I was a bit skeptical as the product used sounded almost too "magical" but it really works. After a couple of hours of injection, all of the invisible holes in our HVAC ducts were sealed. How can we know? The air flow increased A LOT! It increased so much that we can hear the difference ! It actually revealed a small issue we had... our registers suck. With stronger air flow, some make rattling noise or couldn't stay properly closed, a sign of success from the process, even if it is a bit annoying that I had to change some ;) Finally, as a nice bonus, Alex the owner and Max who came to do the assessment and actual sealing process were super nice guys!
