Excellent experience. Edwards heating and cooling installed our whole house system 8 years ago, had our first issue on a 107 degree day, Jeff came out within hours of our call, on his day off, and had us up and running again in half hour. Highly recommend!

They saved our lives! Our home warranty service sent a company who did a horrible job, and after charging a huge amount of money (because the warranty service would not cover), the thing failed within 5 months, but would not fix the problem saying they only warranty parts for 10 days! I just did a google search and found Edwards Heating and Cooling, and the technician fixed the problem right away, and also told us that the other company should have given us at least 6 months warranty, but normally one year. And that is the standard. So I fought with the first company, and with Edwards help, I was able to get most of the money back on the parts. Since then we always call Edwards, and every time, we had great experiences.
