This was even after the Manager of Kyhns said He himself cleaned the filter. They refused to come back to service it. Even though they gave a ‘good’ deal to install the unit some years ago, I will be using a different company in the future. If Ryan the Manager says this is what he cleaned regularly. If you Can't trust the manager himself, I hope the other workers are more professional.

Great experience from initial call to completion of work! We hired Kyhn to move our AC unit to a less noisy place in the yard, and to direct more of the AC air flow to a warm front room. Garry, the owner, came out to our house, provided a free quote, was friendly and professional. Ryan called us with the quote info, explained the process in detail, and set everything up for the work to be done. The crew was considerate, professional, and performed all work as promised.
