I recently had Antelope Heating & Air install a new heat pump system, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Greg, the owner, was personally involved in the initial consultation and quote, and his attention to detail carried through every stage of the project—design, permitting, and the two‑day installation. Greg and his team were professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. The installation itself was clean, efficient, and thoughtfully executed. They kept the workspace tidy, communicated throughout the process, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before wrapping up. It’s rare these days to find a contractor who combines technical expertise with genuine customer care, but Antelope Heating & Air delivered on both. I’m satisfied with the system and the service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Antelope Heating & Air to anyone looking for a high‑quality heat pump installation.

After meeting with a different company for a broken mini split, I happened to run into Greg from Antelope in the alley behind my property. He was there for a nearby property but I asked him if he could provide a second opinion. He was very accommodating and took a look. He was clearly very knowledgeable and was able to fix my unit for 25% of the cost the other company quoted. He had all the equipment necessary to run the appropriate tests and repairs on the spot instead of the run around the other company gave me. The mini split was up and running within hours of finding him in the street! He literally saved my thousands of dollars and time. He was honest and straightforward, I will definitely be using him should I have any issues in the future.

On Sunday afternoon I turned on my AC just to find it barely cooling the air, so I was looking at who to call for some help. I have lived in my house for over 30 years so I have had repair companies out over the years. I found that I am not real fond of the big companies with all their TV adds, mainly because I have never had real good luck with them. I was driving to work Monday morning and at a stop sign there was an Antelope Heat & Air next to me, so I took down the number and later that day called for an appointment, I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Greg and James were there right on time, we talked about the issue I was having and they went to work, within the hour they had figured out the problem and had my air conditioning blowing colder air then it had ever. Both Greg & James were both very polite and professional and I was extremely satisfied with the cost. I also live in Antelope and it felt good supporting a local company. I will definitely use Antelope Heating and Air when needed and referring them to any one that I know that is looking for a great heating and Air company. Thank you Greg & James for helping me out .
