Schedule an appointment weeks in advance, took off work for my appointment. Technician never showed up, wait around for another 30 min still no showed. Never received a confirmation phone call for the appointment never received a curtsey phone call for being late. When confronted via telephone they had zero remorse. If you cannot be trusted to show up to a scheduled appointment with a customer then how could you ever be trusted to work on my HVAC and how could I trust anything you tell me. It is unfortunate because this business had good reviews and was local. I would recommend looking for business else where to avoid the headache I went through.

Could not have asked for anymore as I highly recommend James and the rest of the crew at Mike's. Very punctual with great communication from start to finish. Had a tune-up performed, then a condenser plug that was quickly diagnosed and repaired the next day after my call. Thank you for being fair and giving us exceptional customer service. Will use you every time.

The whole crew at Mike's is amazing. We got a whole new unit in May 2024 to replace our 30 yo unit. It was a great price , installed quickly and professionally, and works amazing. I knew it needed replacement when I moved in 8 years ago, but coaxed it along (with Mike's techs help) until I could afford a new one. I'm in REU and even though my house is now cooler and I feel like I use the AC more, my electric bill has still been much more manageable. The old unit I was told every year when serviced, by all different companies i had tried, pulled a lot of power. We had used another small company for years until they retired, tried others, found Mike's, so glad we did.
