I called and spoke with an actual human! He was courteous and understood immediately what I needed. The handyman came the morning of my call, just a couple of hours after I called! The handyman was also professional, courteous, and did almost perfect work with the exception of one item on the list. To his credit, he did the best he could with a kitchen that was poorly built with cheap materials. I did call to let them know that something was damaged and I received a new estimate reflecting the damage. Despite this I would not hesitate to call again for any small projects around the house.

His craftsmanship is exceptional, and he even offered creative ideas for decorating my home that I never would have thought of myself. I have never looked forward to a handyman visit before. Now I do. Jim has already been back twice, and I have another visit scheduled. That says everything. As a single woman homeowner, I have often felt dismissed or taken advantage of by contractors. I was able to get someone right away. The handyman that came was great. We had to reschedule due to the rain. I also had to order materials, so that made a delay from my end. Handyman answered my texts & phone calls right away. However, the hourly rate is too high. $100 per hour is not affordable or reasonable.
