As a designer and builder, i planned my home to be a real challenge to roof and build when i was in my late twenties. years later, i was not thrilled about replacing the roof. The roofing system is very complex, with a very steep pitch, many valleys, built-in gutters, 7 skylights, 16 custom trapezoid skylights, and a house set on a steep sloped lot in Scotts Valley. I spoke with 6 roofing contractors, and some did not want to take on a roof this difficult. The others were priced about the same, but i am very glad i chose this team. nathan and the crew were exactly what i hoped for. I am very selective about who works on my home, and they handled the project with skill and care. They kept a great attitude, cleaned up debris throughout each day, worked hard, arrived on schedule, and stayed focused from tear-off to final installation. They also did a great job around the skylights, valleys, and built-in gutter areas, which really mattered on a roof like this. The workmanship was solid, the job site stayed organized, and the finished roof looks excellent. i would gladly hire them again for future roofing projects.
