Vlad is studying to get his electrical contractors license and he studied electrical engineering in university. So, he is way overqualified to be a handyman. He is precise, polite, knowledgeable, works fast, and affordable. He can do just about anything, and is an electrical wizard. You will be fortunate to hire him at handyman prices before he becomes an electrical contractor. Other handymen tried to charge me twice as much so what he quotes you is fair.
