I had the best experience with Tyler from Evergreen Skilled Services! When he came to do the estimate, he was friendly, professional, and went into detail of what he would do (we needed to replace our old vanity that had water damage and mold behind it). He was communicative, considerate, and a real pro. He far exceeded my expectations for the job. Not only did he take care of the mold, but used Kills and water protection behind the backsplash tile, replaced ALL the baseboards in the bathroom with new pvc baseboards, added a pvc tow strip at the tub (it was just caulking before), added some LVP under the vanity, and absolutely crushed the job. Look at the pic of the amazing jigsaw cut he did to fit the existing plumbing to the new vessel sink - a true craftsman. When I mentioned a couple minor spots for touch-up paint, he came next day without complaint and made sure I was completely satisfied with his work. He truly takes pride in his work - look at the trim around the switch and outlet plates. Tyler’s the first person I’ll call next time we have a home project, and I highly recommend Evergreen Skilled Services!
